For a demonstration ( a good excuse to play around for a while) I
would like to implement following effect:

Imagine the currently visible image "painted" on a theater curtain.
Now the curtain raises and exposes another image.

How do I model the folds in the curtain???

Has anyone any ideas or could at least point me in a direction?
All suggestions are welcome.
