I am looking for any type of descriptions of political maps of the
continents or the world: x,y coordinates of the outlines of countries;
bit-maps; any other intelligible representation.

I can't get through to albanycs.albany.edu for some reason, so I don't
know if there already exists something there. Any help appreciated.
