It is not quite a complete FORTH, but has a crude line-editor and a full-blown full-screen editor for IBM 3270 graphics devices. It differs from the FORTH-79 standard in that it implements 32-bit arithmetic, and hence has no double-word arithmetic words. It's also based on the EBCDIC character code rather than ASCII. I'm between versions right now, so I don't have a copy that I could forward in the near future, but perhaps in a couple months. I'm also curious what other VM FORTHs are out there, if any.
