[Reply to request for modem routine source code for Turbo Pascal 4.0]

   I was wanting to write a comm program earlier last year in Turbo
Pascal 4.0 and couldn't figure out how to use the COMM port.
   I wrote a letter to Borland and they, kindly, sent me a letter back
containing the source code for such a "spooler".  If you would like this
source code then just leave me mail and I will be happy to send it to you.
