Keywords: TP50, editor, bug Message-ID: <452@ambone.UUCP> Date: 3 Feb 89 12:46:43 GMT Organization: AmbraSoft A/S (Denmark) Lines: 18 I experienced a funny behavier using the TP50-editor today! I've just copied 3 lines using: ^K^B, ^K^K and ^K^C. I then moved the cursor around and suddenly realised that there was a extra BEGIN in the still marked block. I deleted it and compiled the program. I then got a compiler error and discovered that the IF-statement before the BEGIN('s) had disappered. I then remembered that the two BEGIN-statements had the same indentation - and that's "impossible" in my source-codes! Does the editor introduce GHOST-lines? I remember the good old days (TP3) when line 256, 512, 768, 1024, ... didn't exist according to the line counter on the statusline - but that was harmless!
