	I'm looking for a PostScript program to print a fancy certificate
not unlike the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place certificates you get in contests.  The
program doesn't have to help design a certificate just print one out that;s
already been defined.  We'll modify the code to print the correct name, etc.

	Any help would be appreciated.  However, please email as I don't read
this newsgroup.  Thanx.
