This situation won't occur in ELM 2.2. If the save fails, you are reprompted
for the folder name (on the presumption that you've made a typo in the folder
name). Then if you abandon the saving command by entering no folder name,
the message is NOT marked deleted and the cursor is NOT advanced to the
next message. In other words, the deletion and cursor advancement only
take place if the saving was successful.
