Has anybody concerned themselves with the ramifications of West German
(in particular, with Imhausen Chemie) access to USENET??  Somehow, I don't
seem to recall ever reading about the Soviets selling nerve gas to Mr.
Khruddafi...  probably figure the guy's heart may be in the right place, 
but that he's too much of a razboynik or a sumashchestvyennik to trust
with that kind of stuff.  Terrible thought, isn't it?
