Message-ID: <4406@hubcap.UUCP> Date: 13 Feb 89 15:35:08 GMT Sender: fpst@hubcap.UUCP Lines: 15 Approved: parallel@hubcap.clemson.edu Can anybody tell me what kind of local memory has been implemented on the N.Y.U. Ultracomputer? My latest reference, which is a bit dated, states that the designers intended to place a large cache on each processing element. Is this what they've actually done, or have they taken a different approach (e.g., explicitly addressed local memory, no local memory, etc.).
