There is an existing "way" of doing this (though its never been set down as an RFC). There are a few things in the current scheme I think need to be dropped (ie: using NBP to do proxy ARP), and at least one important thing I think needs to be added (a "cross protocol" redirect message). [Sorry to the non- AppleTalkers for the crypt here...] At any rate, I'd love to gather a group to review the RFC before it is issued.
