As far as I can see, your problem is not too difficult to solve. I can comment on the uVAX aspects under VMS only. To run X.25 on a uVAX, you only have to do two things: you need the PSI - Software you need a KMV11A interface or something similar. both products are DEC-supported. The MHS software that is compatible with that kind of X.25 Interface is if you belong to the academic community: EAN - available from UBC-Canada or if you are an industrial user: Messenger 400 - available from SYDNEY Dataproducts, Vancouver-Canada Message Router - DEC-Product.
