	A Chairde,

	I have just started a project titled "An Expert System for
	Designing an X.400 Message Handling System (MHS)". Therefore
	I would welcome any information or some good references on 
	anything similar which has been carried out recently. I would be
	particularily interested in some information in the area of Network 
	Simulation or MHS simulation.
