We're running the 4.3bsd Time Synchronization Protocol (aka Tempo?) on
our Unix boxes here, and I'd like to implement servers on our
Symbolics machines.  The man page for timed refers to a document,
"TSP: The Time Synchronization Protocol for UNIX 4.3BSD", by Gusella
and Zatti.  Is this document available anywhere for anonymous FTP?
