The features of such a package would be: > keep track of questions and bug reports of users. > keep track of actions taken on above. > keep records of who received bug report, who the problem was referred to, etc. > automated cross-referencing, indexing, summaries, etc. We have a primitive in-house utility for all this; I would like to know if something better exists before I go rewrite the whole thing.
