Message-ID: <441@laic.UUCP> Date: 7 Feb 89 21:49:54 GMT Sender: news@laic.UUCP Lines: 13 Lately, my floppy drive on my 2000 has been acting funny while booting. On first turning it on, it very often asks for the workbench disk even if it is already on. I have to pop out and reinsert the disk several times to get it to boot. Oddly, once booted, there is no problem reading the disk at all. This problem also occurs (less frequently) when doing a warm reboot. Before I drag the machine into the shop, is there something I can do by myself? (the disk is new/reformatted, and it fails on different disks).
