Nintendo is 6502, Sega is Z80. > ^^^^^^^^ > | > +-------- HA, he says!!!! The SEGA game is a 68000 machine, with very little resemblence to the Amy. These are slated for release in the fall for Xmas 89. The beastie is called "MegaDisk", "mega" for 1 megabit (yes, "bit") of memory and "Disk" for some pinheadded reason by the Japanese marketroids. (It doesn't use a disk, but looks kinda like one of the portable CD players with a disk-shaped form on the top. The Japanese love the sound of American words, and use them with reckless abandon even if they mean nothing. Witness the the Japanese softdrink named "Sweat"). So, it comes with 128Kbytes, has 128 sprites (I think), 256 colors and a screen resolution of 320 by 200. And it's small. Only about 7 or 8 inches on the side. All of this if from memory, I saw one about 3 months ago. -- *** mike (cerbral GURU, insert M&Ms to restart) smithwick*** "The great thing about standards is that there are so many of them!"
