Zoom way down in and you'll see a road heading north/south. taxi over to that road - it's Pacific Coast Highway (I think). Head south and just follow the road. Taxiing down PCH at about 300mph is kinda fun :-). Eventually you'll see a side street going off to the left with a couple of two story white boxy looking buildings on it. That's E/A's building. You can fire missiles at it all day long but all you'll be able to do is make it smoke. I don't remember seeing any kind of signs or labels on the building, it's been a few months since I did this.
