Intelligent Light (Fairlawn, NJ (201) 794-7550) sells a product that is based 
on the Truvision VISTA board.  NTSC & PAL, 4MB of memory, 32 bits per pixel,
etc.  Sounds like a pretty nice product from what I've heard.
