	NuFX is a format for storing multiple "records" within a file. Each
record may represent (at the moment) a File (including files with a resource
fork) or a Disk. There's more to the description (obviously - this won't be
27 pages long :), but that should pretty much do it. ShrinkIt is a program
that uses the NuFX storage format... I'm not sure if Andy wants the document
released to the public yet - it's not completely stable yet (pretty close,
tho').
