ProDOS (even modified versions) is 1) copyrighted, and 2) ** NOT ** shareware (certainly not in the public domain). I KNOW that virtually anyone who bought any sort of Apple 2 also bought an operating system (after about 1984 that operating system was ProDOS), so just about anyone who might download your file *probably* is a duly licensed ProDOS user, BUT I rather suspect that the folks at Apple (the lawyers fer sure) will take a DIM view of that program being posted to nets and bbs's. We WON'T be able to post it on APPLE2-L and I think someone in a position to have it deleted from comp.binaries.apple2 have it purged before it causes the existance of that list to be questioned.
