The disk ran for a bit and then said "deleted", however upon checking the catalog, it was still there!!! I assumed that maybe it just didn't get it the first time and gave delete another try... no luck the second time either... Davex said that the file had a "baked bit-map" (funny Dave, funny... :-) ) and refused to delete it... The ProSel utils failed to do anything with it and Mr fixit gave me the same errors and didn't fix it The only way I could get rid of the "deleted" file was to copy over all the other files to another disk and reformat the old one... Is it my fault for buying an apple instead of a Sun Workstation :-) that this happened??
