The gateways between BITNET and the INTERNET have been bouncing EVERYTHING addressed to 'decwrl.dec.com' (the gateway for anyhost.dec.com) as "unable to connect to host DECWRL.DEC.COM for three days" for most of the past week (maybe it's all those copies of Apple tech notes being mailed by APPLE2-L -- at anyrate everything's been coming back). Since just about all other addresses (notable exception: cunyvm.cuny.edu seems almost never able to connect with 'tcm.com' or anywhere else in that domain) have not bounced much back, I'd guess that the problem is at DECWRL. Probably about all you can do is wait a week or so and try again.
