I recently saw a post about the FPE.  It claimed that the tool dispatcher takes
100uSec to get to the SANE routines.  Is this true?  If it is, what is it doing
for all this time. This just seems like a long time.  If you know one way or
the other, please email me the answer or just post it. Thanks in advance.
