Thanks for your answere but unfortunaly this does not help me at all.
I already figured out that my problem must be a Hardware problem because
I had the same problem with my original drive when I bought my Mega ST and
my Atari dealer had to add two cables into my drive to fix it.

Unfortunaly the new drive I bought is internally totally different from
the original one so that I cannot just copy these cables to the new one and
I have no idea WHAT really was done by adding those two cables.
