Okay folks,
  now that I have purchased the BMS board and the recommended controller
from Adaptec I begin to realize that they do not write anything about
RLL drives which are the ones I'd like to use: Seagate's "ST 277 R".
Any hint from some Adaptec ppl available?

Next one: What if I want to connect several BMS boards to my ST and
--------- perhaps the Atari laser too? I heard rumours about some
          quick and dirty designed DMA controller chip...
          Do I have to do the buffering all alone? Or can the DMA thing
          cope with two running BMS boards & a laser & an old fashioned
          SH 204 HDU?

Please ppl: Help me out that terrible status of uncertainty *|@#&%$~(*|%~@&#$
