 I'm having some problems with the 80-column video on my C128.  What
 happens is the whole screen will shift to the left or the right
 by about 30-40 characters (wrapping around the other side) at random
 times.  Sometimes it also happens in the vertical direction.  Also,
 occasionally garbage characters appear on the screen.  I strongly
 suspect the 8563 (80-column video chip), but thought I would ask
 around before laying out $40+ for this chip...
