I recently received the following message regarding my recent response to the 
effect that Pro-Line's C-Power and Spinnaker's Power C were one and the same:

You should know that I have seen a version of Pro-Line's C-Power that contains
a large number of bugs that Power C corrected.  The last version of C-Power is
the same as Power C as far as I know.
