I assume you want to go from DEC-format RX50 disks to IBM PC 360k disks, yes? If this is the case, the best thing I've seen is Media Master. It can read/format/write RX50 disks on a PC-AT 1.2 meg drive (or any other 80 track drive) and then set attributes to copy files around.
