Recently, I got hold of a copy of the STEVIE C source code. I would 
like to port it to my system (XT compatible) but the porting requires
the "Henry Spencer's regular expression library". Frankly, I don't 
have any idea about how to get it. Is it in public domain, shareware,
or commercial product? Could someone please give me some hints?
