Recently this 29k-Simulator was posted here,
BUT
what kind of File is this ?

I can see it was 'btoa'ed, but what was converted by btoa ?

Is this a zoo-archive, a tar-archive or what else ( I already tried arc, this
it is NOT ).

If somebody knows, please post here or in comp.binaries.ibm.pc.d. I already
tried to mail this question to Phil Ngai but did not yet see any reaction.
So I try again on this way.
