	It was a self-extracting archive file.  Name it <whatever>.exe
and execute whatever.  It will unpack into various things. 
	As for 'btoa' it is an alternate means of converting 8-bit files 
into printing ASCII, similar to uuencode, but with greater efficiency.
(20 % bloat vs. 33%.).  Unlike uuencode, 'btoa' does not incorporate a 
filename into the header.  Maybe we should create 'btencode'? 
	I posted PC-specific srcs for atob, btoa about 10 days ago in this
group.
