I have finally received from Central Point Software  version 5 of
their PC Tools Deluxe.  It was a long wait, but so far judging from the
documentation, it was worth it!

I'm asking about the offer which accompanies the registration form.
PC Tools Deluxe owners can order a serial or bus mouse for a great
price.  Presumably both devices are Microsoft compatible.

The serial mouse (9 or 25 pin) sells for $39 plus $5 shipping; the bus
mouse, ten dollars more. 

Has anyone "out there" taken advantage of this offer?  Is it worth the
price?

The offer looks too good to be true, especially on top of an already great 
deal - PC Tools themselves.
