Hi,
Have you heard of a public domain editor program called 
'BlackBeard Programmer's Editor'?

Seems like it supports a mouse, 10-file windowing, centering, stay-resident 
(TSR), etc.  But no words on bigger-than-64kbyte-file handling.  
Does the program handle this?

If it does, it is just what I've wanted for long.  Can some one post it on
comp.binaries.ibm.pc?
