I use Telix on any number of systems, and this has never been a problem for me.

Particularly on Citadel systems I call, the editor requires that the term
program linewrap output, and it always does.

I can't say as I've ever seen text scroll off the side of the screen.  I'll 
pass your message along to Colin and see what he has to say.
