Lines: 13 The Norton Editor will do what you want. It supports a mouse, can handle two windows, and will do cut and paste operations. The editor is simple to learn, and just has a nice feel. If you're ambitious enough, Logitech lets you write programs for its mouse, and it might not be too difficult to write a mouse program for an editor called Brief.
