Does anyone know how to, or have routines that can, read
the system clock to use it to control the timing of other
procedures?  I am using an ibm pc/at to control an expt,
and have been using a separate clock card because I don't 
know how to access the system clock.
If you have any information on this, I would greatly 
appreciate your letting me know.  Thank you.
