I ordered a modem from them and it came (took about 3 weeks just like they said it would). When I got it, it did not work at all. I tried many things with no luck. So I called them up; the guy on the phone asked me a few questions to determine whether I was just having a standard 'did not RTFM manual' and then said "I'll ship you a new modem out today. Keep that one until you get the new one, then keep whichever one you want that works best and send the other one back." I was stunned when the new modem arrived 4 days later. Works great, I have had no problems at all with it. I'll give anybody a chance to make good on sending me a bad product (usually the replacement comes by camel caravan via Constantinople), and these guys were really good. I'm impressed with their service. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mike Loving loving@lanai.cs.ucla.edu . . . {hplabs,ucbvax,uunet}!cs.ucla.edu!loving -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
