I have run into this problem before and remember someone had commented on the
cause of this problem. Any input would be appreciated.

Problem: Under OS-9 Level II and using Basic09, Basic09 reports error #043
as unknown procedure even though procedure on disk or in memory.

Work around: If you merge all the modules after you have packed them, Basic09
has no problem.

I have never had this happen when the procedure calls gfx, gfx2 or gfx3,
only when it call other modules.
