The NCSA Telnet package contains a TCP/IP driver.  NCSA Telnet
is public domain and I believe that source code is available
via anonymous ftp from ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu.  The IP address
is 128.174.20.50.  After connecting cd into the mac subdirectory
and check out the README file (it may be named info-sheet) for
information on the files available.
