If you are using version 1.1 of AppleShare PC, turn off all three interrupt switches on the card, and you can save your self some conflict problems with modems and mice. I've communicated with Hanz Makmur, and he's since had much better results with his AT&T machines. As to the checksum item mentioned by Peter, it has nothing to do with using '286 specific instructions. The processor that executes the firmware on the card is a 6502.
