View, CA (415) 960-7300 Lines: 15 I am looking for a scanline converter for a MacII which will allow us to generate standard NTSC video output for a videorecorder. We are looking for the least expensive one that has reasonable output. MassMicro has their ColorSpace board which does this (with live video as background), but I would prefer to find a cheaper alternative. I understand that it is possible to much with the Apple video card to reduce the scan frequencies and interlace to generate standard NTSC output. Is this so? This subject has come up several times on this newsgroup, but I felt no conclusion was reached. Any and all pointers are greatly appreciated. I will post the results... thanks, phil...
