Keywords: monitor, Mac II Message-ID: <415@thebeach.UUCP> Date: 6 Feb 89 17:07:31 GMT Organization: Consumer Financial Institute, Waltham, Mass. Lines: 23 I have a Mac II that needs a color monitor. I have the Apple 8-bit video card already. My questions: How do I determine which 3rd party monitors will work with the Mac? In particular, would a larger resolution display (say, 960 X 720) work with the same card? (I would think not.) If not, is the manufacturer usually the one who must supply the proper video interface card, or are there standard ones you can mix and match with monitors? In general, are there any larger (than 640 X 480) color monitors available for around $1k for the Mac? I would love to hear (soon!) from anyone who can shed some light on this subject.
