Subject: Need SND to Soundcap file converter

I extracted the sounds from Crystal Quest but when I add them to the
system SND list they don't play properly when selected via the
control panel (they emit a slight glitch, nothing more). What more
should I do to correct this problem?

One approach I know would work is by converting the SNDs to Soundcap
format and then using the SoundMaster init. Does anyone have a PD program
that will do this conversion.
