That's what I intend to do. (Take a look at my .signature) I just hope that the NeXT registered developer program will accept me and that I can afford to join it. I know I can afford a NeXT, but I'm not sure that I'll have money left after buying a complete system & documentation. The Macintosh is getting old the same way the PC was getting old when the Macintosh came out. Unless the completely rewritten Mac OS is really good, we'll probably keep seeing a lot of ROM patches & buggy system software releases.
