As far as I know, that highest version is V1.2B3.

The version systems isn't too hard to figure, especially after reading a 
recent technote. Before the period is the main version number, and after is
the revision number. If a letter follows, it's either an 'a', 'b', or 'd',
standing for 'alpha', 'beta' and 'development'. After this is the (alpha,
beta, development) version. At least, that's how I remember it without 
re-reading the technote.
