I wanna thank you for everyone who responded to me about the problem that I
had, I seem to find the problem with the system, my system tools disk was
corrupted when i installed into my harddisk i was trying to do some experiment
on my mac.
I do a lot of macintosh repair  hardware and software but It never
cross my mind that my system disk was corrupted i guess we learn by our
mistakes.

to answer Josh question it would only fail while i was in word.
