What it is much easier to do, however, is to stop the trash from being emptied. I have suggested this as an addition to MacPassword 3.x (still in beta).. we shall see if it is feasable (ie: in Guest mode - disable trash emptying). I'll make sure that version 3.0 is posted to the binaries moderator when it is done.
