A while ago I have seen an article on this net that mentioned some
utility that can synchronize the clocks on all the Macs on a LocalTalk
network.  I can't remember any other details about it, even its name.

Does anybody have more information on this utility, specifically, is
it commercial, shareware or free, name etc?
