You heard right.

I just spoke with someone at MACazine. They have been purchased by Macworld.
The March issue is the last.

Apparently, any unexpired portion of outstanding MACazine subscriptions will
be converted to Macworld subscriptions.

Just when I was planning to subscribe... :-(
