Message-ID: <873@fornax.UUCP> Date: 9 Feb 89 04:03:33 GMT Distribution: na Organization: School of Computing Science, SFU, Burnaby, B.C. Canada Lines: 17 Does anyone know what the criteria are (were) for receiving a free copy of Just Enough Pascal when ordering LightSpeed Pascal 2.0? I ordered my copy about mid-December, and due to a long back-order from the distributor, finally got it on Jan. 31st. A few days before receiving it I had called to find out the status of the order, and at the same time was told that I WOULD be getting Just Enough Pascal...so I'm going to call back, but before I do, I'd like some ammo, so I can tell THEM, "Yes, I'm sure that I should receive a free copy," (or at least know that I'm not entitled to a free copy, as the case may be.) I wasn't going to bother with this--documentation with LightSpeed Pascal 2.0 is not just good, it's DARN good--but then I heard that JEP was very well done as well, and heck, I can't pass up a good freebie. Thanks, Ken McDonald {...!ubc-cs!mcdonald@fornax.uucp}
